Problem with Alert.ShowWebResource?

Hi. I seem to have a problem with Alert.ShowWebresource.

When this gets called the first time, the data input fields on the html form work fine and accept data. When you then close it and call it again, some fields (like textarea fields) cannot be accessed anymore, unless you do a full browser refresh (F5)

For example, I have a simple test html web resource like so:
<html>
    <head>
        <title>Test HTML Resource</title>
    </head>
    <body>
     <textarea id="otherdata" name="otherdata" rows="4" cols="40"></textarea>
        <BR>
        <p><input name="btn1" onclick="parent.Alert.hide();" type="button" value="Close /Hide"></p>
    </body>
</html>
and I call that like so:
Alert.showWebResource('new_testhtml', 610, 300, null, null, null, true, 0);
then that will work fine the first time. If I call it again, the textarea refuses any input, unless you do a refresh.

Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug?

Edit: the problem occurs in IE (11) and Firefox, but not Chrome.
