CRM 2016 and Supportability?

Jun 9, 2016 at 8:31 PM
  1. Does this work with CRM 2016 with both, legacy and turbo forms?
  2. Does this use CRM supported JavaScript?

  1. Yes, all works in CRM 2016, both turbo and legacy, and CRM online.
  2. It tries to use the unsupported lightbox, but if that fails (like it does in Outlook), then it displays a standard (supported) modal dialog. In other words, it tries to be unsupported, because the lightbox looks cool, but in the event that it stops working, it will fall back to supported modal dialogs and windows etc by default.

Is someone tested it on mobile? CRM for tablets or CRM for phones

Works on mobile and tablet clients, although it hasn't been tested as fully as the browser, and formatting/layout etc may look a bit weird on mobile.
